Alpine Glow disclaimer
All Alpine Glow products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because our soaps, candles, and workshop materials are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, scent, and appearance are normal and do not affect product quality.
Our products are intended for external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient list carefully before use and consult a physician if you have concerns.
Candles should never be left burning unattended. Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface, away from flammable materials, drafts, and out of reach of children and pets. Follow all provided candle care and safety instructions.
Workshop participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in activities that involve hot wax, fragrances, tools, and crafting materials. By booking a workshop, you agree to participate responsibly and release Alpine Glow from liability for injuries resulting from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow safety guidance.
Alpine Glow does not make medical, therapeutic, or health claims regarding its products. Our soaps and candles are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Processing Time:

Shipping & Delivery:
We currently ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Important notes:
– Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
– Once an order is marked “delivered,” Alpine Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
– Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
– Damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours with photos for replacement or store credit

We will replace or credit items that arrive damaged or incorrect when reported within 48 hours.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
